Would you drink a glass of water containing one cup of sugar? Many do. Many are drinking that amount of sugar in their sodas.

Man, you are killing your body. You are putting on weight and if you are not a diabetic then you will soon be.

Sugar is a refined carbohydrate, a preservative and a poison.

Sugar can be considered a cause of

o HYPERGLYCEMIA/HIGH BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS

o HYPOGLYCEMIA/LOW BLOOD SUGAR.

o HYPERTENSION/ HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

o CANCER.

Sugar can affect

o ADRENAL GLANDS, attached to the kidney regulating nearly every type of organ in the body it releases hormones including estrogen and testosterone. It also releases aldosterone a hormone that helps with the functions of the kidneys. When things are not working right we suffer from fatigue, poor appetites, dizziness, weight loss, and nausea. There are so many things attributed to the adrenal glands only a very competent medical specialist doctor could understand.

o PANCREAS regulates other hormones including insulin and glucagon (raises blood glucose levels) somatostatin (a growth hormone) as well as the exocrine gland passes pancreatic juices and digestive enzymes into the small intestines.

o LIVER‘s plays a major role in the metabolism of food in the body. It is also a big filter. It helps control the blood glucose levels which are necessary for normal vital functions

o TOOTH DECAY although not just a diabetic problem Sugar can be considered one of the causes of tooth decay. The waste products that are left in and around the teeth cause tooth decay as it utilizes sugars as their food source.

o HYPERACTIVITY can be caused through sugar as it can make a person is abnormally and easily excitable or exuberant. They can have strong emotional and impulsive and sometimes a short attention span. Often these people are referred to as someone is in a hyperactive state. Sugar can increase anxiety and irritability in diabetes

o LOSING WEIGHT can be difficult because of constantly high insulin levels, which causes the body to store excess carbohydrates as fat.

You must remove sugar, all poisons from your diet

No more carbonated fizzy soft drinks or soda drinks

H2O is one of the best substitutes. It is what Mother Nature and God made for us. It blends in with our body when it is 80% water. We need water to maintain our body and not put harmful additives in our body making our filtering organ to take it out.

The liquids in your life should be free of additives so watch the tea and coffee intake.

You will crave for the sugars as there is a natural product that is much sweeter than sugar called Stevin. You might like to try that from your health food store. You will begin to tastes foods in their natural state, your taste buds will awaken to these new tastes.

Some will still crave for the sugary items and even salt. This could also be due to a mineral deficiency so sever it plays havoc with your system. These minerals have been taken from your body without you knowing, one example loss of magnesium creates cravings for chocolate. Minerals such as calcium, zinc and phosphorous can create cravings for salty foods such as chips and nuts. You need natural vitamins & minerals from food and not synthetic chemicals you find in some vitamins and minerals.
